DURALITE®II-S is the silicon carbide version of DURALITE®II. In addition to being lightweight and having an excellent cut to wear ratio, it can be used where brown fused aluminum oxide exposure is undesirable. (65 lbs. /cubic foot, color: beige)

DURALITE®II is a ceramic media that is lightweight with an excellent cut to wear ratio designed for use on delicate parts. (65 lbs. /cubic foot, color: beige)

Low density plastic media has been formulated for a wide variety of applications. This general purpose media can be used for deburring, flash removal, burnishing and preplate finishing.

High performance plastic media has been formulated for use in specific applications involving ferrous metals. This media will provide a dramatic improvement in surface finishes with the impact resistance of a plastic body, which significantly decreases fracturing and impingement.

High density plastic media is designed for superior cut and stock removal on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In most instances this high density media reduces cycle times and provides vastly improved finishes in applications ranging from deburring of hard metals to fine finishes on intricate parts.

JRI offers standard and custom Dip agitation cleaning systems, so no matter what size your part is, we can design a unit around your needs. Immersion/Agitation systems can be designed as standalone wash units or integrated together to provide a multi-stage cleaning system.

At Empire we begin with building the finest blast and recovery systems and integrate robots to them. Since 1987 Empire Abrasive Equipment has successfully integrated commercially available robots into a variety of pre-engineered robotic blast cells, customized robotic blast systems and robotic blast rooms. Our goal is to consistently deliver customers with robot blasting technologies that enable efficient, quiet and clean robotic blasting solutions for surface preparation and peening applications.

A fast cutting composition that is silicon carbide based. Contains no aluminum oxide. Recommended for parts having no oxide impregnation, especially where parts are welded, brazed or soldered. Gives parts a matte finish. Bulk weight is 90 to 95 pounds per cubic foot.
