Robotic Blast Systems
We offer robotic blast systems with an array of features and benefits.
The goal of automated blast systems is to deliver consistency, efficiency, and costs savings. These cutting-edge systems remove the operator from the blasting environment, keeping them out of harm’s way while ensuring maximum uptime and productivity. The rooms are typically used in mass manufacturing settings such as steel fabrication, automotive components, medical devices, military equipment and more.
Stanley Industries is a proud distributor of Empire Abrasive Equipment and their automated blasting rooms. Through this partnership we can design and build a system that meets your specific needs for cleaning, stripping, preparing and/or finishing metal surfaces.
Advantages of a Robotic Blast System
This method is becoming popular in part because of the improvements in quality. By eliminating human error, you get a more consistent result along with a boost in capacity. Robotic blast systems also provide exceptional durability and an extended service life. Customers have also experienced a reduction in maintenance and material loss. The systems are suitable for a wide range of industries
